What's New: 

There are three new developments at Scientific Dust Collectors that we are excited to announce.

First is the recent publication of A Scientific Review of Dust Collection, The Real Dirt on Dust. This free publication is an 80 page manual with generous illustrations, that reviews the history, theory and application of all types of dust collection equipment. The publication focuses on understanding the history and development of dust collection technology culminating in a detailed discussion of the current state of the art technologies.

The second major development at Scientific Dust Collectors is the introduction of the SL-HR. The SL-HR is an advanced field proven horizontal cartridge collector that because of further advancements in our cleaning system is able to operate at significantly higher air-to-cloth ratios than all other cartridge collectors. This results in fewer cartridges being required for a given air volume.

Our third announcement is the introduction of the Scientific Dust Collector Rotary Airlock. The SDC rotary airlock is a heavy duty, flexible tip airlock which is ideally suited for woodworking and other fibrous dust applications, available in sizes from 10" to 24" with either square or round flanges.
