Since our cleaning system eliminates the flow restricting venturi at the top of the filter bag, the systems operating pressure will experience a pressure drop by as much as 2” WG. This then results in the benefits listed above which ultimately reflects an increased efficiency and a lower operating cost.

The pictured retrofit entails an existing 75,000 CFM Shaker/Sonic Horn Combo. The customer needed a better cleaning system, and increased air flow in their facility. We were able to utilize the same structure and ducting to help keep costs down, and add our Clean Air Plenum on top of the structure with some modifications thus creating a 100,000 CFM system. This saved the client money and down time vs purchase of a new system.
